We may collect the following information via email or booking forms.

  • Contact information: Name, address, email and telephone contacts.
  • Personal information: Full passport details, copies of passport, visas, medical insurance and medicals where required.
  • Show details: Photos, technical requirements.
  • Family details: Next of kin and guest passport details where applicable.
  • For payment: Bank details, commission agreements
  • Other information relevant to service provision.

What we do with the information

Contact information / Personal information / Family details: To be used to facilitate bookings, contracts and travel for yourself and if applicable your guests traveling with you.  

Show details: We will use this information to market your show to current and new clients.

For payment: Bank details will be used for the transfer of fees and expenses from Blackburn International to the artist. Bank details will never be passed onto a third party. 

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we hold.

Controlling your personal information 

We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes. We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so.

Comments 

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
