Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise across design, social media, video production, and brand identity. This role will also include responsibilities in graphic design for posters, programs, and other documentation essential to our events and productions. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail, with a portfolio that reflects experience in the entertainment or production industry. You’ll be essential in ensuring our visual assets are cohesive, captivating, and aligned with Blackburn’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design for Programs, Posters, and Documentation: Create visually striking posters, event programs, and other branded materials, ensuring each piece is consistent with Blackburn’s brand identity. Design and layout event documentation and digital assets for easy accessibility.

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop captivating visuals and animations tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Your work will drive engagement, foster audience connection, and enhance brand presence.

• Video Content Production: From concept to post-production, create high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, event promotions, and storytelling. This includes filming, editing, and incorporating brand elements to produce compelling video content.
• Brand Identity Development: Collaborate on building and evolving Blackburn’s visual brand identity. Design logos, style guides, and other visual assets to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all mediums and platforms.

Attributes

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, social media graphics, and video content creation (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of brand development, with experience creating or evolving visual identities.
• Familiarity with current design trends and digital storytelling techniques.
• Prior experience in the entertainment or production industry is highly preferred.
