Minutes of material:
Award-winning British comedian Jeff Green has become a familiar voice and face on UK and Australian TV and radio during his stellar career as a comedy writer, presenter and entertainer.
Now resident in Australia (he has an Australian wife, some have accused him of social climbing, but he disputes that), Jeff is hugely in demand in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia.
Crazily, Jeff began his working life as a Chemical Engineer but through seeking a life outside his comfort zone transitioned into becoming a full time stand-up comedian.
And aren’t we glad he did – his impressive stand-up comedy background features a solo West-End season, four full length UK TV comedy specials, two Australian TV comedy specials, and countless appearances on TV gala specials and comedy panel shows both in Australia and in the UK – including Live at the Apollo (BBC), Celebrity Masterchef (BBC), Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC), Have I Got News for You (BBC), Good News Week (Ten) the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala (ABC) and Just For Laughs (Ten).
Jeff’s celebrity also spans radio. His BBC Radio 2 comedy series The Green Guide To Life attracted audience averages of over 3 million radio listeners.
To top it all, Jeff is bona fide best-selling author with his three A-Z relationship books – The A-Z of Living Together, The A-Z of Being Single and The A-Z of Having a Baby – selling over 300,000 copies with The A-Z of Living Together reaching No 5 in the Sunday Times Best Sellers List.
Jeff currently writes and performs his original comedy at Comedy Festivals around the world as well as Corporate Functions, After Dinner engagements and with select Cruise Ship Lines.
