Eterni Amici is a thrilling UK-based duo, featuring soprano/pianist Laurie Ashworth and tenor/saxophonist Spencer Moran.

Join them on a journey through legendary musicals, opera favourites and modern day pop songs. Eterni Amici’s first-class interpretation and glorious harmonies will leave you begging for more.

Award-winning soprano Laurie’s background is in classical music. She completed her studies at the Royal Northern College of Music, where she was awarded the RNCM Gold Medal, and at the Royal College of Music.
Laurie was awarded the Song Prize at the Kathleen Ferrier Awards in 2010 and in the same year she was a finalist in BBC Radio 2’s Dame Kiri Te Kanawa Prize; a nationwide search by Dame Kiri and the BBC to find a new operatic star.
A highly sought-after concert artist, Laurie has performed at many of the UK’s major venues. Her recordings and broadcasts as a soloist include numerous appearances on BBC Radio 2 and 3, Songs of Praise, BBC Proms, and the soprano solos in the premiere recordings of Bob Chilcott’s Requiem and St John Passion.

Spencer graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music in Saxophone performance

He was awarded the International artist diploma at the college in his final year and subsequently was invited to study chamber music at the college for a further year as part of the award winning Absolution Saxophone Quartet.

As part of the quartet, Spencer had success in both the Park Lane group and the Royal Over Seas League.

Spencer has worked regularly as a vocalist and saxophonist with various cruise lines companies as well as being ringmaster for the nationally renowned Gifford’s circus, based in the Cotswolds, where he got to put his HGV license to good use!
