TJ Wessel is a powerhouse vocalist and showman who has been singing for thirty years, which is weird since he’s only 22. Growing up in a small town, the youngest of four, he always felt drawn to the stage. After college, he moved to New York with two suitcases and two months’ rent, and has been incredibly fortunate to work as a singer ever since. He’s a tried-and-true cruise ship veteran- having performed on over 250 voyages to over 40 countries, he’s put on a show for a quarter million passengers. He also performed in the Broadway musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” for over a year. He’s also performed in “Aladdin,” “Evita,” “A Chorus Line,” and several other classic musicals. His love (bordering on obsession) for ‘80s music comes directly from his parents, who kept their Elvis Costello and Annie Lennox tapes as permanent fixtures in their cars, and he wants to thank them for giving him a passion that he was able to parlay into a career.
