Terahiti Vilchez is a pianist of Tahitian and Peruvian heritage, born in Lima, Peru. He began his musical training at the Artistic Conservatory of French Polynesia before advancing to the University of Montreal in Canada, where he earned a doctorate in classical piano with distinction. His musical style is shaped by both classical traditions and Latin American influences, a blend reflected throughout his performances.
Terahiti has appeared on international stages, including the North American Cultural Institute in Lima, the Orford Music Festival in Quebec, and the Taste of Tahiti festival in Los Angeles. In French Polynesia, he frequently performs as a soloist, enriching the local music scene.
