About
Reuel grew up in Austin, TX and began studying piano at the age of 12 and competing in national piano competitions throughout high school. During this time, he broadened his musical repertoire playing melodies from famous movies and improvising regularly on the piano. Reuel eventually discovered the classic rock greats and listened to bands such as Queen, Yes, Pink Floyd, The Doors, and Vangelis.
During the next few years working as a pianist and film composer, he discovered an emerging genre called classical crossover and began listening to artists such as Maksim Mrvica, The Bond Quartet, Lindsey Sterling, and 2Cellos. After recording three original solo piano albums in the early 2000s, Reuel recorded his first classical crossover piano album in 2012 and this recording opened the door to live shows and in 2015 Reuel moved to Las Vegas and began crafting his musical style for theaters.
