About
Born to a white mother and a black father, Jason learned to be funny in class to get attention. Some teachers were amused while others were impressed by his off the cuff jokes. Jason was inspired by Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, and Jim Carey’s performance on Evening at the Improv. That’s where he began to dream of becoming a stand-up comedian. In high school, Jason was picked to host a talent show because of his energetic and fun personality. The impressions he did of his teachers made him the star of the show. His teachers loved it! He remembers feeling so comfortable on stage that he realized being a stand-up comedian might be something he could do as a professional career. Jason’s comedy style is silly, with different characters, and unforgettable facial expressions. His strong personality and explosive energy make audiences feel like they’re on a ride. Jason’s show is a cross between Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, and his gym teacher Mr. Clacus.
