Daniel Thompson is a multi–award–winning vocalist and tribute artist from Sydney, Australia. For the last 15 years he has toured Australia with his own tribute to the Man In Black, Johnny Cash The Concert and has become recognised as one of the country’s premier tribute artists. In January 2020 he was invited to perform with one of the worlds most respected tribute shows, Legends In Concert. Legends is Las Vegas longest running tribute show and features the world’s best, internationally recognised tribute artists. Daniel had the great honour of joining them at Melbourne’s Crown Casino for their annual month–long Legends In Concert Las Vegas season at The Palms at Crown Showroom.
Daniel has performed as a headline act on the Country Music themed cruise
Cruisin’ Country out of Australia since 2016 on Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas and Radiance of the Seas and he also performed as part of the Elvis Meets the Legends Cruise out of Sydney in 2018 on the Radiance alongside many of the worlds best Elvis Tribute Artists garnering praise on every occasion as one of the highlight acts of each cruise. In November 2022 he will join the Ovation of the Seas for the SuperCruise music cruise, headlining alongside some of Australia’s best– known and most beloved Rock and Country music artists as well as legendary international icon Suzi Quatro.
He counts himself as one of the lucky ones, who gets to make a living doing what he loves.
