Follow the story of four friends and their journey together set to the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival! In just a few short years John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival churned out seven albums and nine Top Ten Hits…of those, five songs peaked at number two. These albums encompassed a type of songwriting that had a southern story form to them. Evoking images of the south, swamp rock, and poor boys enjoying their childhood at places like Green River, these four men from El Cerrito, CA were simply just trying to recreate the music they loved as children, but was too faux pas at the time.Although it is rarely known, CCR was intended to be a headline act at Woodstock, but bad weather, going on stage 6 hours late, and John Fogerty having a particularly tight grip on what material was released to the public, CCR was removed from the footage until recently. All their hits and covers are featured in our two shows! Featuring hits songs like Proud Mary, Fortunate Son, Bad Moon Rising, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, and many more!
